Seriously, Is it just me or does the post-it science bloom together with the first spring flowers?

Today I finally finished mapping the quotes and problems along the service timeline. Took me 4 days to write down the transcripts, label them and assign to touch points as well as to different users. Red sticky notes are our pain points. You can already see them clustering in vertical and horizontal rows. Next step is to round up personas and create Scenarios.
